Customer Service

AutoData customer service is provided by the sales and technical support departments. AutoData technical support is provided through a one-year support maintenance contract for each single computer license. Each contract is renewable annually and covers technical phone and e-mail support. The agreement also includes periodic updates downloaded from the web site, which keep each software license current. AutoData customers may call (800) 662-2192 or (952) 938-4710 to verify the expiration date of their agreement(s).
