The AutoData Privacy Policy demonstrates the commitment of AutoData Systems to the
online privacy of our customers and potential customers. Contact information gathered
from customers will only be used for AutoData’s internal purposes. Data obtained from a
customer’s surveys and/or other forms is the sole property of that customer and will
never, under any circumstances, be sold or distributed to a third party.

We keep e-mail addresses of our customers and contacts for the sole purpose of
communicating software updates and important information to them. E-mail addresses
will not be shared or sold to any third party.

by AutoData Systems is 100% free of cookies.

Security Measures

AutoData Systems follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal
information of our customers, both during transmission and after receipt of the
information. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic
storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while striving to keep all of your personal
information secure through all means possible, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Forms and Surveys

AutoData Systems is not responsible for the content you put on your forms and surveys
created with our software. When a form or survey is posted to the web it will have a
unique URL assigned to it. This URL is not the property of AutoData, and it will not be
given or sold to another party. It is your responsibility to distribute the URL to your
appropriate targets. Although AutoData does not sell or share your created forms and
surveys, we do have the right to review content to make sure that it complies with our
Acceptable Use Policy. If we determine that you are in violation of our Acceptable Use
Policy we will attempt to contact you, and we reserve the right to terminate the posted
forms and surveys, as well as their corresponding data.

Data Results

Data collected from patrons of your surveys and forms is your data, and under no
circumstances will it be sold, rented out, leased, traded, swapped, marketed, exchanged,
bartered or distributed to a third party. AutoData will not access your data unless you
explicitly tell us to do so. Data collected will be stored on secured servers. You are the
only one able to download the data results, after which the data will be erased from our
servers. We have security measures in place to protect your data. Any fraudulent
attempt by any other individual to view or corrupt your data will be prosecuted to the full
extent of the law.

Anti-Spam Policy

AutoData Systems has a zero tolerance for unsolicited commercial spam of any kind. We
and our customers may never initiate any type of spam e-mailing. In order to ensure that
e-mails cannot be classified as spam, we require that e-mails being sent comply with the
rules set up by the Federal Trade Commission in the US CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 S. 877.
Violators of this Act are subject to having their accounts terminated and are subject to judicial
prosecution.
